Terms of service

1. The service

TokenPP provides an LLM API: you call models listed on the platform through OpenAI-compatible or Anthropic-compatible endpoints using a platform-issued API key, and you are billed for actual usage.

Model availability, capabilities and output may change. The platform makes no guarantee about model output.

2. Accounts

You must register with a valid email address and keep your details accurate.

An account is for you or your organisation's internal use only. It may not be rented, lent, resold or publicly shared. Every call made under your account counts as your action and you are responsible for the charges.

• Keep your password, two-factor secret and API keys safe. A key is shown in full only once; if it leaks, delete and recreate it immediately.
• Tell us through the support channel right away if your account is compromised, a key leaks, or you see unusual traffic.

3. Credit and billing

The platform is prepaid. Top-ups and redemption codes credit your balance, which is reduced in real time as you make calls.

Charges follow the usage returned by the API, and prices are those published on the model pricing page. Prices may change, and calls are billed at the price in effect at the time.

• If the balance is zero or too low to place the required hold, requests are rejected. Charges already incurred are not refunded.
• Balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash, and cannot be moved to another account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything unlawful, including generating or spreading illegal content, or for fraud, gambling, sexual exploitation or violence.

You must also comply with applicable law and any usage rules published on this site.

• Do not bypass or evade the platform's billing, rate, concurrency or quota limits.
• Do not scan, probe, attack or otherwise abuse the platform.
• Do not resell or proxy the platform API, or use platform keys for commercial distribution to third parties, unless separately agreed in writing.
• Do not use the service to infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided on a best-effort basis with no specific service level commitment (SLA).

Outages, models being retired, maintenance and force majeure can interrupt the service or add and remove models. We try to give notice through in-app announcements.

Features and models may be added, changed or discontinued.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect, lost-profit or lost-data damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

The platform's total liability for any dispute is capped at the amount you actually paid in the 12 months before the dispute arose.

Model output is for reference only and is not professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. To close your account, contact us through the support channel.

If these terms are breached, the platform may suspend the account and its API keys first and reserves the right to pursue further remedies.

After closure, unused balance is not refunded, API keys stop working immediately, and usage and billing records are handled as described in the privacy policy.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated and take effect once published on this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update; if you disagree, stop using the service and request account closure.
